Morrinsville Real Estate Ltd has now been in operation for 90 years. The business was established by Frank A Picket & Co in 1925 in a tiny office under the staircase of Watts & Brayshaw on the corner now occupied by Heathcote Appliances. The current office was built by Frank Pickett senior in 1934 and has always been a real estate office. Frank A Pickett & Co joined the Professionals group in about 1985 and has traded as Professionals ever since. Due to new government legislation introduced towards the end of last century it became advisable to form a new registered company, thus Morrinsville Real Estate Limited came into being on 19th January 2001 to continue our proud history as a respected and trusted real estate company.
